As Director of Community, Jon has overseen the expansion of community programs, engaging with over 30,000 participants annually. His initiatives cater to people from ages 2 to 82, fostering a strong connection between the club and the local community.
Scott Lee founded Spirit of Soccer (SOS) in Sarajevo, Bosnia in 1996. He holds both UEFA and USSF A licenses and has instructed on UEFA, AFC and FIFA coaching courses worldwide. Scotty has overseen the training of more than 2,000 coach educators in 15 conflict and post-conflict countries. His SOS programmes have reached over a million players attracting investment of over $20,000,000 from international partners including FIFA, AFC, UEFA, US State Department, Arsenal FC, FCO and Sir Bobby Charlton.
Leigh Barnard is a UK-based consultant and former professional footballer with over four decades of experience in elite sport, education, and personal development.
